Non-exclusive licenses are available for traditional electronic musical instruments and tone modules; dedicated karaoke systems; dedicated console game players; and any type of product made exclusively for use in the above 3 fields, such as sound cards, semiconductor chips (pcu's and dsp's) and software.

In addition to customary terms, this license will include a $50,000 license issue royalty and annual maintenance royalties of $25,000. Earned royalties as follows:

A) For Components, the greater of 3% of Net Sales or $1
B) For Systems, the greater of 1% of Net Sales or $3
C) For Software products - to be negotiated
